Abstract

The latest changes of the civil procedural legislation have pushed the so-called digital justice. The application of new technologies to the Administration of Justice is strengthened to speed up the Justice and bring it closer to the citizen. Furthermore, digitalization tries to achieve the objective of “no paper at Courts”. In this article we will study how the Court and Tribunal modernization affect the work of Judicial Administration Counselor, as well as the role of them as drivers in this transformation.
