Electronic Auction Guidelines. Analysis of the functionality of judicial auctions in the Deposit and Consignment Account

This article addresses different issues of electronic auctions in the enforcement processes after the modification operated by Law 19/2015, amending the Civil Procedure Act, setting out the most important procedural rules that regulate them, and analyzing in detail the procedure to carry out the registration and management of the auctions in the application of the Account of Deposits and Consignments of the Court. It also studies the functions of the Lawyer of the Administration of Justice (Judicial Counsellor) in the impulse of the electronic auction and in the connection of the applications of the judicial branch with the Portal of Auctions of the Official State Gazette, electronic headquarters where the auctions are held in the present.
